More About Me

I was born in Peoria, Illinois, and spent my formative years in the serene rural outskirts of the town. Driven by ambition and determination, I took my first steps into the working world at the young age of 15, all while diligently attending Richwoods High School. As I juggled my studies and early career, life led me to an exciting chapter in Orlando, Florida, where I would reside for a significant seven-year stretch.

My journey into the world of real estate commenced when a wise mentor in Florida suggested that I consider investing in property. Heeding their advice, I made my first foray into real estate at the tender age of 21, purchasing a new construction home just beyond the bounds of Orlando. During my time in the Sunshine State, I honed my skills in various construction trades, acquiring valuable hands-on experience in the industry.

However, life's twists and turns led me back to my roots in Illinois, where I embarked on my real estate journey anew. I made a prudent move by acquiring a foreclosed property in Peoria, which I personally rehabilitated and eventually sold a few years later. This marked the nascent stage of my flourishing interest in real estate, where I continued to purchase, renovate, and sell homes, solidifying my position in the field.

For over three decades, I have been the proud owner of my construction and remodeling business, which has allowed me to combine my passion for real estate with my expertise in construction. Recently, in early 2023, I took a significant step towards expanding my horizons by obtaining my Illinois Real Estate Broker's license, a testament to my unwavering commitment to the real estate industry.
